Who am i?

I am a qualified MBACP registered counsellor with over 5 years experience. I offer private counselling sessions, face to face or online. I am based just outside of Exeter in Topsham. My practice offers a safe, non judgemental space that is also wheelchair friendly. There is free parking onsite also.

I am a person centred therapist. I care about the depth of the relationship, how the client is feeling, what the client needs and how we challenge the process of therapy together. I’m reliable, relatable, grounded individual who cares deeply. I have worked in the wellbeing industry for over 15 years. My experience includes:

  • Attachment and generational attachment issues
  • Living with Anxiety and Depression
  • Identity and self confidence issues
  • Grief and bereavement
  • Feelings of hopelessness and self worth

What I can offer you

A confidential space where you can be heard in a non judgmental manner. Together we will explore your history, thoughts, feelings and worries at a pace that suits you. I will help to support you by firstly listening, then coming together in a relational and collaborative way to help manage the impacts of what brings you into the therapeutic space. I will always try my hardest to allow you, the client, the space to understand the impacts of your past, environment, relationships and the biggest one, yourself. I do not see myself as the expert but more as someone to hold a space to guide my clients towards the knowledge they already possess.

50 Min. Sessions

Kelly is an integrative counsellor who tailors her approach to meet each client's unique needs. With extensive experience, Kelly emphasises the importance of building strong therapeutic relationships. Whether you're seeking support for mental health issues, grief, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, or navigating past or present challenges, Kelly is dedicated to making you feel heard. She provides practical tools to help you manage your situation and work towards healing and understanding yourself.

There will be a limited number of sessions at a discounted rate for people who are financially unable to pay the displayed price.

£45 for the first 3 months then £50
The Process

My approach is collaborative, helping you manage the challenges that bring you to therapy. I’m here to guide you in understanding the impacts of your past, environment, and relationships—most importantly, to help you reconnect with the wisdom you already hold within yourself.

Free Initial Consultation

I offer a free 30-minute phone or face-to-face meeting to address any questions you may have before starting your therapy journey. It’s essential to find the right fit, and this session provides an opportunity to make that choice without cost.

Session Details and Pricing

Sessions are £45 for the first three months and then £50 thereafter. Sessions last 50 minutes and can be scheduled weekly or fortnightly. I offer discounts for those experiencing financial stress, on benefits, or students, with limited slots available for this option.

Payment and Cancellations

Payment is required before each session to confirm your booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid any charges and allow for rescheduling flexibility.
